Please send us an email at info@harryswholesale.com with your name and order number, and we will go the extra distance to make things right.
Please note we do not accept returns or refunds in the following circumstances:
- Cut flowers are real, natural flowers and are prone to blemishes, imperfections and differences in colour. We are unable to provide a refund due to slight defects, e.g. colour appears different to the website.
- We do not accept refunds or returns for a change of mind.
- Our flower pickers strive to find the best available flowers to maintain a premium-quality product, and we will inform all our customers if any substitutions are made.
Returning an item:
Due to the perishable nature of flora we provide (and Australia's hot summers!), please inspect your order on arrival, and if you have any issues with quality, dead on arrival within 24hours, you will need to return flowers to us within 24 hours for a credit note. If you live outside the Sydney metro basin and cannot come to market, we ask you take photos of every stem that is damaged and send them to us via email within 24hours.
