How can I get pricing for your flowers?

All our pricing is wholesale pricing, and GST is applicable at checkout upon picking up or delivered. Prices can vary day to day based on market supply, quality, and seasonality.

For accurate pricing, please email us info@harryswholesale.com and we will send the most current list. Pricing on the day is final.

How far in advance should I place a preorder?

We highly recommend placing your preorder at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for weddings, events, and anything requiring specific colours or premium varieties. This helps us secure the freshest product and ensure availability. To Pre-order, send an email to order@harryswholesale.com

What information do I need to include in my preorder?

When placing a preorder, please include:

  • Flower name
  • Quantity required
  • Preferred colour/shade
  • Approved substitutions (e.g., “If white ranunculus unavailable, substitute with white lisianthus”)
  • The more details the better (for example: Long stem delphinium/short stem delphinium)
  • Pick-up day and time

What happens if a flower I request is unavailable?

Due to seasonality, weather conditions, and market availability, some flowers may not be available. If this occurs, we will follow your approved substitution instructions or contact you to discuss alternatives.

Do you accept last-minute orders?

We do our best to accommodate urgent orders; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.
For reliable access to premium or event-specific blooms, preordering is always recommended.

Where can I pick up my order?

Pickup is available only at the Sydney Flower Markets

📍 Monday to Saturday – 5:00am to 10:00am Please ensure you arrive within these hours, as market access outside this timeframe is restricted.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery both locally and interstate:

  • Sydney Metro & Newcastle – Minimum spend applies*

  • Brisbane, Melbourne & Canberra – Interstate delivery available (conditions apply*)

Delivery fees vary depending on location and order size. Contact us for a quote.

Can floristry students purchase from you?

Yes, we are student-friendly. Floristry students are welcome to order with us—simply provide a valid student ID or proof of enrollment when enquiring.

Do you have minimum order quantities?

Some products—especially imported or premium flowers—may require minimum orders (usually by bundle or box). We will confirm these details when processing your enquiry or preorder.
