1 Place a Pre-Order via Email

The most common and reliable way to pre-order is via email. Florists and shops have been placing orders with us this way for decades, and it remains the simplest method.
If you ever find it difficult or need help, give us a call; our team is always happy to assist.

1.1 What to Include in Your Pre-Order Email

To help us source exactly what you need, please include the following details:

  • Flower name
  • Quantity required
  • Preferred colour or shade
  • Approved substitutions e.g., “If white ranunculus is unavailable, substitute with white lisianthus.”
  • Extra details (if relevant) e.g., long stem delphinium vs. short stem delphinium
  • Pick-up day and time or Delivery details

Clear details allow us to source exactly what you need or arrange the closest match and please send the email to order@harryswholesale.com and you will get a confirmation from us regarding what will be available and what is not.

2 Place a Pre-Order ONLINE (Coming Soon)

Very soon, you’ll be able to place your pre-orders directly through our website. The process will be simple and convenient.

How Online Pre-Ordering Will Work

2.1. Browse Our Collections

From the homepage, click “Shop Our Top Categories.”
Select the collection you need and choose your flowers.

2.2 Add Products to Cart

Add the quantities you require.
Please note: Pricing is finalised upon pick-up due to seasonal fluctuations.

If you need a current price list, please email us.

2.3 Review Your Cart

Once you’ve added your items, go to your Cart page.
Here you will find:

An Order Notes box — list any special requests or flowers not shown on the site. We’ll confirm availability with you.

A Pick-Up Day field located above the checkout button — select your intended pick-up date.

2.4 Proceed to Checkout

At checkout, the only available shipping option will be Self-Pickup, and the only payment method is Payment upon pick-up. Additional shipping and payment options will be introduced in the near future.

For now, all online pre-orders will be collected directly from our stand.

Same as via email, upon  receiving your Pre-order Online, we will send you a confirmation outlining what will be available and what may not be for your requested pick-up day.
